This touch-a-truck event, which benefits Camp Sunshine and Camp Postcard, is a fantastic opportunity for kids of all ages to explore various trucks and even blow the horns. The event also highlights the importance of Community Gardens and supports initiatives like the Special Olympics. It concludes with an exciting convoy around Scarborough, making it a memorable day for everyone involved, including the Trucking 4 Kids program.

January 1st is an annual tradition for the Waltons, where we come together to support the Special Olympics in Maine. This event raises money through the exciting 'Lobster Dip', where participants bravely jump into the ocean. In 2025, due to storm surge, the dip was cancelled, but we creatively adapted by holding our own dip at Ossipee Lak

This event raises money through the exciting 'Lobster Dip', where participants bravely jump into the ocean. In 2025, due to storm surge, the dip was cancelled, but we creatively adapted by holding our own dip at Ossipee Lake, which we shared on TikTok. Our community also engages in initiatives like Community Gardens and participates in Trucking 4 Kids, fostering togetherness and support.

Volunteering as a foster for a local rescue brought Cider into the family. We ended up adopting Cider when nobody else wanted him. Just like community gardens need support to thrive, rescues and shelters also rely on community contributions, including transportation and other donations. It's important to support initiatives like Trucking
